Childrens Desk
I saw this idea on Restoration Hardware's website. I like to try to make things for myself instead of buying them. I think it turned out ok. I did not account for any counter weight so I am still tinkering with ideas to keep the table from tipping on the kids. I made it from all scrap metal and scrap wood. The only thing I had to buy was some stain, but I had some leftover from past projects. The chairs are on a 360 degree swivel and move in and out. I know some of the chair parts are not even but I like the random scrappy look. I also made some chalkboards for some old school fun. I hope my kids will like it, I know I had fun making it.
